The possibilities here are endless here. R2D2 screaming, The Jetsons doorbell, The Imperial March, the Law&Order SFX, Monday Night Football theme, the Smoke Monster from LOST, and the list can go on and on. The iChime Doorbell($89) from ThinkGeek let's you program 6 custom ringtones to be your doorbell tone. I'm not actually sure how long these types of systems have been around, but it's a great idea. Next step here would be a Wifi integrated doorbell that buzzes your phone... something tells me it's probably already out there.
