Frank: Many Christmases ago, I went to buy a doll for my son. I reached for the last one they had but so did another man. As I rained blows upon him, I realized there HAD TO BE ANOTHER WAY.
Kramer: What happened to the doll?
Frank: It was destroyed, but out of that a new holiday was born A FESTIVUS FOR THE REST OF US!
Kramer: That must have been some kind of doll.
Frank: She was.
After watching the recently released complete series of Seinfeld on Hulu followed by watching the complete series of Curb Your Enthusiasm on HBO Now, this has been the Summer of Seinfeld en mi casita. The Festivus episode is one of the most memorable moments of the series and is actually based on an actual holiday created by the father of one of the show's writers. I simply can't get enough of Jerry Seinfeld and Larry David's humor and observations.
